A Little Something for the Left to Sweat Over

Affirmative action finally received a well-deserved trouncing by a majority of the Supreme Court, hopefully alluding to more fairness in college admissions.

Along with the Court's majority decision, however, comes an accentuation of a truth long suppressed by those who benefit from keeping race alive as a social bargaining chip:  From coast to coast, one public school system after another has failed to make students proficient in reading, writing, science or mathematics, thereby "graduating" an assembly line of illiterates, dolts, felons in the making and people destined from birth and genetics to be stupid and ignorant and happy to embrace the welfare rolls like the rest of their failed family.  But that's only the beginning.

Knowing full well, under affirmative action and the idiocy administered by teachers' unions who don't give a damn about student grades, that "the system" would allow any old body into colleges and universities as long as the color was right and not white -- or Asian -- administrators and bureaucrats simply did not care about personal grades and quality of the individual.  I mean, just look at the schools in any large Democrat-run city of your choice.  Disasters.

Whoa.  So what happens now?  What NEEDS to happen is a vast and fast change in high schools across the nation, making certain that students receive a real education and are held to strict standards equally.  Assure that every student intent upon entering college receives the knowledge to compete, as preferences for the best and the brightest -- not the skin color of consequence -- stay true and fair.

This is not brain surgery, except to the brainless and politically conniving -- the very people who will now pound their fists and demand to pack the Supreme Court in order to get their way.  They will have learned nothing.

More Court decisions:  The Constitution reigns today.  Me, I don't recall offering to pay for somebody else's student debt, and now if a web designer chooses not to design a gay site based upon religious convictions, they won't need to -- unless the left gets creative with interpretation and ties things up in court endlessly.  Biden says this is not a "normal court," which means when the left doesn't get their way the Court is wrong.  Next up will be attempts to stack the Court, and Dems blaming Republicans for being mean because Biden "promised" to pay off student debts.  That he knows damned well he had no right to do so is secondary, because now at election time he can blame he conservatives and the Court for denying what was impossible in the first place.

Putin and Biden, Biden and Putin:  We'll not waste space on these two, except to say Putin now looks even more appropriate for wearing a dress, as in that infamous painting depicting he and Medvedev attired in such.  While he did weather the brief storm of near civil war in Russia well, "Mr. Polonium" still reflects a little self-weakness to the world.

Biden?  With everything coming out about a cozy relationship among the Biden family, the DOJ and FBI, putting the pieces together makes it more likely than not that the election between Trump and Biden was significantly messed with because of information withheld from the voting public about serious allegations and, indeed, more than allegations regarding the Bidens.

Daniel Penny:  Good luck with the Manhattan court.  You'll need luck in a town burning with injustice in the justice system.

Blame the Source: Parents and Politicians, Not Border Patrol

Where the national borders are concerned, my compassion fountain ran dry long ago.  One could easily sit down and make a list of names, not really all that long, indicating what political figures and corporate associates are responsible for the hell which continues to burn on borders at each end of the country.  Me, I wouldn't be surprised someday if said folks were dragged out of the comfort of their homes and into the streets, tried nice and legal, and if/when found guilty awarded a swift Benito Mussolini neck-stretching treatment.  What other punishment fits the crime of treason on the part of elected, trusted officials and others invested in gains from creating, allowing and encouraging such chaos? The only drawback I can see might be the cost of piano wire, surely far more expensive than it probably was in Italy during the 1940s.

Some of the "Blame America First" TV news networks -- that covers most -- made sure their reporters were down South at the border when a child of illegal immigrant parents became very ill and died while in custody in the most current incident.  As is the apparent policy now, the family blames Border Patrol agents because, they claim, they tried and tried unsuccessfully to get help for their increasingly ill daughter.

Looks like Biden's Border Babysitters, once known as U.S. border agents, are in hot water again over things which really are not their problem.

The real problem here is the child's parents.  We are told that the girl had heart problems and sickle cell anemia, and her illness exacerbated as time went on.

Now wait just a minute.  Parents blame border agents for her decline and death, when they, as parents, know from the get-go that their kid was ill -- but made the arduous journey north anyway?  What?  They didn't realize the seriousness of her medical condition?  Did they merely think they could bring her here for medical treatment, but then it's OUR fault that she declined and (conveniently for attorneys drooling over the possibilities here) exited life on this side of the border?

We suppose this means a multi-million dollar lawsuit and all the blame-the-USA chants that come with it as the parents of a dead child whose original status dictated that she not make the trip here with her illegal alien family go to court and win the border criminal lottery.

If I'm expected to shed tears at this juncture for a sad situation which could have been prevented before the lengthy journey for (sigh. . .) "a better life" on the part of another alien dreamer bunch whose presence in the United States would likely add nothing except more applications for taxpayer-paid welfare even started, it's not happening.

You want to exercise compassion? Direct it toward border patrol personnel who receive little but scorn and absurd directives from way high up individuals:  The Mussolini-related class which tortures minds rather than bodies.. 

Now I ask you, Mr. Mussolini, aside from your brutal execution and a tad bit of hanging upside down like a bat in a cave, how did you enjoy the street festivities?

Return of the Freak Show, Bigger and Better Than Ever

When I was a kid in the 1950s, particularly because the company for which my father worked at that time required his presence at the New York State Fair in the summer, I spent many hours exploring various exhibits.  The hall of mirrors irritated me on every occasion, as I tried unsuccessfully to quickly exit its trap of repeating self-generated reflections.  Then there was the funhouse, scary and weird, a place where one's journey through its maze usually ended with an intense blast of air suddenly shooting up from the floor as a "victim" walked over a designated spot; I'm still uncertain whether the compressed air surprise frightened me because of its pressure or the high-pitched "whoosh" noise it made.

A few years ago, I wrote a blog entry about my experience at the fair and how much I loved the animals, especially the elephants (except for the chains securing them to the floor).  But another area of the fairgrounds, a place delighting so many teenagers because it seemed almost forbidden, was the "freak show." I don't remember how the display was actually billed now, but within the confines of various tents, depending upon the year, members of a curious public could find a cornucopia of, well, freaks.  Human beings, yes, but who would come and pay money to see curiosities named in normal terms?  Far more exciting it was to pay a few coins, progress slowly in semi-darkness with a racing heart in anticipation of something incredible, and then -- there it was!  A man who looked (sort of) like a snake. . .a woman with two heads (or one extra of any body part). . .little people who could probably sue you for calling them dwarfs today. . .the almost obligatory fat lady. . .and all nature of people with physical abnormalities by virtue of birth or other unfortunate circumstances that made them ideal for view by paying customers.

The slow but certain disappearance of REAL freak shows at circuses, carnivals and state fairs proved all but guaranteed as members of state or local governments and various activist groups joined together to ban what they believed was pure cruelty exerted upon a special class of people.  Thing is, in a preponderance of cases back in the day, human "freaks" who couldn't get jobs due to their appearance actually discovered secure employment and camaraderie in the traveling shows -- even though the money wasn't always good and their treatment sometimes quite brutal.  

Tod Browning's 1932 movie, Freaks took full advantage of unusual members of this community as he portrayed the inner circle of a traveling sideshow (strangely, an epilogue circulating with the original film was extracted from reissues years later).

However, for better or worse, sadly or victoriously, the sideshow freak class is all but history, at least in the USA, right?

Well, not exactly.

                     THE NEW FREAKS

Maybe we'd all be better off if we suffered from gender euphoria, rather than some who experience gender dysphoria.  In any case, just as California governor Gavin Newsom -- arguably the person who single-handedly destroyed a beautiful state -- wants to add an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution further restricting the 2nd Amendment's "shall not be infringed" promise, I demand my own new Amendment:  That every person born in the United States shall have a zipper installed from head to toe capable of expanding with age, so that we can instantly determine whether a person was born male or female.  The convenience of a zipper settles all arguments about both anatomy and physiology, accomplished simply by looking inside a body, where unchanging birth structures denoting one of two original genders will be evident.

As I've noted before, when thousands of patients of all ages came my way while I served in Air Force hospitals, only two genders showed up.  Anybody who counts more than two is deceived, lying or attempting to build unsustainable sand castles in the sky.  Utopia, maybe.

"Trans" people are not new.  If living as an alternate gender makes one happy, or at least content, so be it.

But you don't go on a campaign to recruit peple's children into changing their gender.  People undertaking this effort, often vigorously, are the new freaks.  You don't strive to make kids cut off body parts or make other irretrievable changes, and no matter how "trans" you are, kids should do children's things until age -- probably -- 18, when immature brain thoughts aren't overwhelmingly scattered to the winds.  

Kids must beware nouveau freaks-de-trans.  They'll poison them with lies emotionally, and then physically, and the day may come when ill-advised decisions result in depression or suicide.

Tragically, gender freaks have spent years taking up residence in high schools, colleges and universities, and their incursion into nursing and medical schools to a degree where even faculty are now forced into "affirming" there are more than two genders is a disgrace and a crime against logical, scientific practice.

Some members of the gender-flipping freak community appear not only to crave public attention, but to gain immense satisfaction by successfully drawing parents and their kids into their lunatic circle, insisting upon hormone-altering drugs and eventual surgery -- long before young people have the ability to make firm decisions about their bodies.  To convince families to go trans via one's sales abilities probably creates positive emotions for the perpetrator, who believes a great thing and a good deed have been accomplished.  This is madness, nothing less.

While school shootings are bad enough, there's another tragedy occurring in the sacred halls of education everywhere:  The misuse of pronouns.  The new freaks, be they of gender or of the bastardized political left, must change the words to change the language, and once the language becomes secondary to ideas there are no workable ideas to put into words, no logic, no science, no math.  Thus, a man can be a woman and a woman a man.  I can go out in the streets and proclaim my new identity as a jar of salad dressing as I snatch your dog from its leash, take it to a justice of the peace and marry it.

Or do I mean marry they or them?  See?  Not even dogs are immune from the absurdity of trans freakishness.

Science (This is SO Refreshing) Takes on the Left

Oh, my oh my.  You know, (I use those words in honor of all the intellectually stunted college and "professional" athletes whose lack of even a basic vocabulary during TV interviews traditionally causes them to unconsciously resort to their inserting "you know" at the end of every fragmented sentence) life was so much easier during the early years of this blog when I only dealt with UFOs.  Fortunately, NASA and the Department of Defense have unburdened private UFO researchers and organizations by stepping feet-first right into that big steaming pile of mysterious dog poop, the downside being that (1) everything will get botched up and we'll learn nothing, or (2) so much advanced technical information will be gleaned that we little folk on the outside of a mammoth governing body will be told lies or nothing.  National security, you know.

Speaking of alien dog poop, it's great to see many of my fellow Independent voters coming around to the disaster that exemplifies the Biden administration, and the knowledge that a fair number of traditional Democrats who had no clue how quickly a government can go to hell have awakened from "woke" offers some encouragement.

Those on the right -- "MAGA" Republicans and other conservatives -- accustomed by now to getting pounded with censorship, lies and wrongdoing by leftist hacks whose only job is to add new voters to the radical Democrat Borg hive now have scientific proof that there is indeed something seriously, dangerously out of whack with some leftists.

The headline of Eric W. Dolan's May 20 PsyPost (Authoritarianism) article says it all:  

"Antagonistic narcissism and psychopathic tendencies predict left-wing antihierarchical aggression, study finds."

While not intended to suggest a one-size-fits-all application, a new study appears to indicate that narcissists and those leaning toward psychopathic activities may be inclined to accept and act out on a type of aggression associated with the political left wing.

Quoting research published in Current Psychology, Dolan defines antihierarchical aggression as a specific kind of hostility "aimed at challenging or opposing hierarchical power structures or authority figures," with new research tending to "shed light on psychological mechanisms that motivate some individuals to participate in violent political activism."

Significantly -- and refreshingly -- the study's authors realize that most previous research on authoritarianism mostly looked at individuals connected with right wing politics, leaving out leftist authoritarians.

While the study provides plenty of twists and turns, and you can read the finer details online yourself, I will take the liberty of reading into these factors to suggest this is why so many on the left demand to have things their way, not yours.  How about people who burn down cities, who care nothing in the least about laws or authority figures?  How many times have we seen legislation passed in Washington by leftist politicians who care nothing about their constituents' wishes and vote based upon their own selfish wishes?

Yes, the right and left have much in common, but for the most critical part it's the left which pursues its own haphazard course, no matter the rules, and if one doesn't follow the rules you have defunded police departments, random murders, the devastation of shoplifting and the ruination of great cites destroyed by -- say the words -- Democrat mayors and nation-hating administrations thinking wrongly that the destruction they cause will make things better, in some twisted way.

So, today's lesson for those on the left who always promise to "follow the science" until scientific facts get in their "woke" way, here is a rare, yet well-researched study suggesting a wealth of you folks are as loony -- and dangerous -- as hell.  Unfortunately, most of you will never have a clue because the narcissism aspect is firmly in charge when it comes down to the radical left, and doing the right thing is apparently superceded by doing for one's own ego.
