Up Against "The Wall" -- Trump vs. National Suicide
As predictable members of Congress, the ACLU and denizens of other rat-infested cocoons have predictably rushed forward to condemn, sue or second-guess President Trump regarding his declaration of a national emergency at the border, it's really incumbent upon both the Democrats and Republicans not to forget how we ended up here: The two major political parties had decades to fix immigration legislation and fully protect us from the inevitable invasion from Way Down South, but instead tolerated or encouraged everything from lazy inaction to Obama's Marxist touch to make everything worse -- and if Obama's ghostly mark isn't on the new budget bill signed by Trump, pretty much inviting open border immigration, then I don't know whose fingerprints are.
When House dominatrix o' politic Nancy Pelosi declared that the newly signed budget bill is a "win" for the American people, did she mean Central American or South American people?
Bipartisanship as a concept sounds great; unfortunately, two sides can conspire or ignore an issue and ultimately produce chaos. So here we are, and we witness in Congress people of immense power who, perhaps having once cared deeply about preserving the United States and its wonders, are now enemies of their very oaths, willing to take us all down with them as they delegate, apparently just so they can gain new voters and take away the power of the people for their own political self-gratification. Who will save us if we can't save ourselves?
How can Trump receive blame when Congress won't even allow current laws to be enforced? Absurd.
Is mass illegal immigration not as costly to a society as criminal drug importation? Each picks the pockets of Americans, ending either lives or jeopardizing sovereign rights and bedrock cultures.
The invasion is not new. But the invasion multiplied many times over is, and it is made up of nation-killing components in the form of drug-running, illiteracy, disease, refusal to speak English, a fond craving for U.S. taxpayer-funded welfare to support large, useless families and no respect for our national culture. No longer a mere possibility, the monster is on the move. All of this, every infectious particle, steps ahead of the line of qualified immigrants who wish to come to America for valid and good reasons.
Trump had no other option because others with the power refused to prevent, not a potential border skirmish, but an insurrection of frightening and unknown proportions. If and when things get hot, remember who tried to save America and instead became drenched in the spittle of his -- and our -- enemies within.
The Mueller Investigation: Wha...? Some 35 millions dollars and counting? What's this sort of thing going to cost once political joke Schiff gets around to investigating the REAL Russian collusion folk named Hillary and associates? Ha. As if ever. . .
Jussie Smollett: (Even with the arrest, we must use the term, alleged, here, and allegations are certainly in flight.) Liar, liar, noose on fire? Oh oh. The noose seems to have self-tightened. I've never watched Empire, and why would I? Anyway, this "incident" with actor Smollett became stranger and stranger. "MAGA country" shouts, racial and gay slurs? A noose (no noose is good noose)? A beat-down? A bleach-like fluid poured on his head? All of this, allegedly engineered as a fake crime.
And the mysterious letter sent to the show? Well, if Smollett was upset that the letter received little attention at the time, he should be thrilled now that the FBI is examining it in depth. Unless, of course, as per new reports, he had a hand in writing it.
If you hate Trump and white people in general, why isn't decisive hoaxed action a "hate crime?" We reviewed a list this week documenting dozens of African-American initiated racist hoaxes, many of them on college campuses. Hate crimes in reverse.
No "white privilege" here. This guy was on top of the world with his own black privilege, if one wishes to look at it this way, and had everything going for him with a TV show and a future in the entertainment industry. Instead of reportedly assisting in fabricating a hoax, maybe he should have just taken a knee like Kaepernik and sued Chicago for 80 million dollars.
Celebrities traditionally had a special obligation to conduct themselves a certain way in public because people LISTEN to them, for god knows what reasons.
Smollett chewed up the talk show circuit (including a session with thoroughly attentive Robin Roberts on ABC-TV) with foggy innuendo implicating white perpetrators.
In any event, right now, at something o'clock, we can almost hear voices in the young minority community, impressed with Smollett's celeb status, plotting to beat up or murder some white folk to get a nebulous kind of (social) "justice for Jussie."
Taking this further -- had this story emerged deep during the hot days of summer, imagine angry black youth hitting the streets of major cities, enraged and in turmoil with destructive, even homicidal intentions. A bloodbath? Dead white people? Nah, merely "Justice for Jussie."
We hope this case gets a wrap soon -- and may we suggest the most obvious of assistive occasions called a POLYGRAPH SESSION? Come on, Jussie, you owe it to your adoring fans, all of whom you appear to have let down with a dangerous tale of a crime/hate crime.
His delay in reconnecting with police very interested in asking more questions causes one to ask -- celebrity dude believes his actor status gives him special privileges to avoid the legal system? Un-white privileges? Now, he apparently clutches attorney apron strings like a naughty child, having clammed up good. And . . .he was arrested this week.
Is everybody lying, leaving Smollett the eternal victim? Reportedly not, if his two Nigerian acquaintances (and the police) are to be believed.
It goes without saying, but the media gloriously bought this story without question, and dare we suggest that the presence of a black "victim" enhanced phony credibility from the start. Yet, be sure that few will denounce the fawning they did over non-victim Smollett. Do we think fellow celebs will come forward and be outraged over the hoax, duped as they were, ever so successfully? Think conservative-loathing or Trump-hating politicians will admit to being sucked into a lie and condemn the liar? Or will we just hear how confused or sensitive or who knows what Smollett was so he can get a free pass, return to his TV show and go on in public as if nothing happened?
Again, to weave a hoax with the potential result of organizing people ready and willing to kill, harm or destroy in the name of a racial crime -- and believe us when we say, if this occurred during a hot August week hordes of black youth would be on the streets of Chicago and other cities, whipped into a frenzy over the "attack" on racist, yes racist, Smollett. The deep freeze enveloping the country in January is the only force keeping rabid reactions adrift.
What became ingrained in the minds of young African-American (oh, that term. . .) boys and girls during Obama's eight years of national destruction? Racial harmony wasn't great prior to his power ascension, but it seemed far better than the current situation. That Trump is doing more for black unemployment than any previous President is a message not desired by the left, and it's the left and its complicit media holding the keys of manipulative education.
Black History Month: We Cauc's only get Columbus Day, so of course I'm consumed with jealousy that others hog an entire month based on skin color. Other than those who feel obligated to present the same old tired factoids every year -- instead of directing the curious to Internet history sites where the real African-American history awaits without the sugar coating -- we continue to wonder why we still celebrate this lame calendar event. I'm not alone, for many black people believe the affair as offered now waxes boring and archaic.
No matter in my case, because I know black history well. I thought I learned everything in the seventies when I saw the movie, Shaft. I was wrong. Multiple viewing of Blacula and the sequel, Scream Blacula Scream were required before I finally had a grasp on black history. Having sacrificed the time to educate myself on this issue is a source of pride. Happy February, black people. Maybe I'll extend myself and watch two minutes of Empire, just for you. It's history, right?
In light of the hoopla, should February's annual doings be renamed Jussie Smollett's Black History Month?
Welcome back, welcome back: Bernie Sanders' return to the campaign trail will thrill and delight every down-home communist in America. Added to the current crop of Democratic socialist candidates, Sanders' geriatric socialist magic can only drive well-nourished brains away screaming.
Cleanup in Aisle D: Democrats, when will you return to your semi-insane roots and filter from Congress the radical element? You won't. Anyway, there's Ocasio-Cortez, almost single-handedly enraging her constituents who looked forward to some 25,000 jobs from Amazon -- and then this genius with an economics degree, looking forward to three billion dollars that don't exist because those were Amazon tax breaks, not actual ready-to-go dollars, just assumed she could pour all those savings into helping the poor in NY. Tax breaks are not dollars in the bank, maybe somebody should tell her. Would she even understand? Sigh.
And whassup in Minnesota, from which new Muslim Rep. Omar prefers to condemn the U.S. and Israel? She came to this country from -- saved from -- Somalia. Where is the gratitude? Didn't she take an oath declaring her allegiance to the United States BEFORE Third World Countries who only want to poop on us anyway whilst we lavish them with tax money? Her apparent interest in digging up the past in order to do whatever she's doing to the U.S. via her position is very troubling. Trump and Republican contenders will have a very nice time in 2020 if this incredible nonsense continues among the new congressional arrivals. Shame, shame, shame.
Climate change continues to rear its ugly leftist head. While those of a technical bent worship and drool over computer projections, I don't think we're any better or worse off merely by visiting any ol' gypsy psychic at a state fair and having her interpret crystal ball revelations about climate.

Insane Congressional Clown Posse on the Attack
(With appreciation to performers, The Insane Clown Posse for choosing a name from which today's blog entry title is drawn.)
Now I get it. After all, was it not Tom Perez, the DNC's big cheese, who declared just after the elections that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the future of the Democrat Party?
Taking this as a clue, I assume the Democrat Party's future is destined to include stupidity, delusions of grandiosity, ignorance, childish adult behavior and -- nothing new here -- a faithful, often benign and absolutely clueless voting bloc noteworthy for a blissful attitude of, Don't know, don't care!
And, not to forget, black face applications AND women who appear to surface at opportune times to claim sexual impropriety.
Good grief, no wonder the accommodating media attempted to breathe a gritty sigh of relief last week when Jeff Bezos' alleged penis and mistress photos seemed to overshadow everything else. As far as tabloids go, using a play on words regarding Bezos and the National Enquirer's David Pecker ("Bezos Exposes Pecker," for example) -- may I again take an opportunity to remind one and all that even when I attended the Air Force's Medical Service School in 1968, medical personnel were openly called "pecker checkers" on base by uncouth airmen of other skills? We airmen were (ahem!) ahead of our time.
In days before and then during Trump's SOTU speech, it became evident that the haters among the political class best exhibiting their facial expressions of hate were some of the new radical left women. Obviously, many among the new arrivals in Congress have politically charged mayhem on their minds, forget abiding by American ideals. But when one adheres to a political party which refused to investigate shameful chapters during the Obama years, what should we expect? The future, indeed.
So there's Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (we'll call her AOC), her allegedly fascist-lovin' chief of staff and the new gang touting the "Green New Deal," ostensibly an inferred homage to the United Nations' Agenda 21, but even crazier. We note that somebody began taking portions of this fetid pizza off AOC's web site, piece by piece, as its components became public laugh material (farting cows. . .) I was especially taken with plans to obliterate airplane flights in 10 years and replace automobiles with a vast railroad system -- yeah, THAT will help preserve rural areas and improve transportation by returning to those lovely days of rail hell. Hitler would marvel at the nostalgia of trains and cattle cars. Who will lay railroad tracks across oceans?
This train thing, of course, reminded me instantly of the movie, The Day the Earth Stood Still (the original and only great version), where the extraterrestrial visitor Klaatu tells a boy that someday he'll tell him about trains that need no tracks.
Nor do leftist Green New Deal conjurers need a grip on reality. No tracks? How about off the tracks?
Even more incredible than demands to rebuild every structure in America and do other things which the leftist Deal dreamers admit we can't afford (and so what? We just print money, obviously...) was the instant clinging-on of several Democrat presidential contenders.
76 Democrats signed on to this ridiculous radical, anti-Constitution document. Apparently, fascism is back in style among the New Democrats. Bill of Rights? Nah, make it go away. They can write a new one.
Alas, however, even Nancy Pelosi appeared to realize the bonkers aspect of this plan, immediately making excuses (she just hadn't seen the plan yet...) and refusing to comment, other than expressing hazy appreciation for ALL ideas submitted. Meanwhile, she also appears to be holding Ocasio-Cortez at bay, intentionally leaving her off a key congressional environmental committee.
We suspect that even the most center-left of Democrats are wearing blinders regarding the new inductees among them, wanting the presidency so badly that they refuse to acknowledge the extremists around them.
It's good that Trump promised during his SOTU speech that the United States will never become a socialist country. Don't expect the Democrats to echo the assurance.
ABC-TV and Disney: I want all ABC-TV news personnel to wear Mickey Mouse ears when on camera so we won't forget who the boss is. These folks aren't doing news so much as entertainment and political posturing, and we think they should express the corporate background appropriately with MM ears, one size fits all.
5G coming our way: A growing concern about the introduction of 5G networks across the country may be valid, though Big Corporate interests behind the push seem to have no problems with it in public statements. Opponents checking their own science warn, however, not so fast, the increase in microwave radiation flowing through our communities, human bodies and animals will increase cancers and other severe health enigmas. As usual legislators focus upon the big money first, with life and death issues secondary -- if at all on the "radar."
A former DEA agent going public says actor Sean Penn should have been arrested for arriving to interview "El Chapo" for Rolling Stone just in time to ruin Mexican and U.S. attempts to apprehend the drug lord a few years ago. What?! Make Hollywood look bad? Privilege has its privileges.
Just as Democrats are poised to introduce more government into people's lives than we've experienced in decades, a new study indicates that post-millennial "Generation Z" young people are incredibly liberal. Exactly the Petri dish organisms required for the Green New Deal to take wing. Clueless is not a good thing.
Insect populations have seen a dramatic, alarming decline all over the planet, seemingly exiting hand-in-hand with a number of animal species whose numbers have plummeted since the 1970s. This is an area where I have no problem blaming humans, especially where pesticides, poisonous chemicals, arbitrary hunting/killing, habitat destruction and other excessive human population and activity can be observed. We will likely outsmart ourselves, but our ingenuity makes time-scale predictions impossible.
We're a little late here, but we were infatuated with the dumbness expressed by people from whom we expect wisdom -- teachers. In this case, striking teachers in Los Angeles demanded smaller classroom sizes, but neglected to take facts firmly in hand and put the blame where it belonged -- on an explosion of illegal immigrant children who have absolutely no business sitting in California taxpayers' classrooms or participating in the U.S. taxpayer-subsidized education system in any way. Instead, the teachers' unions blubbered about the need for more teachers to manage this needless problem.
There is some good news out there. The Southern Poverty Law Center is currently being subjected to the lawsuit of all lawsuits for its questionable activities, and we hope this bunch who decide arbitrarily -- apparently often based upon leftist thinking -- who's the racist and who's the enemy gets smacked in the courts so hard that their millions and millions of donated and lawsuit-gained dollars will disappear. How dare these opportunists judge individuals and groups such that their conclusions have often been taken as gospel by organizations capable of dictating policy and human affairs. If you're a conservative, chances are you are not looked upon kindly by the SPLC.
A new book entitled, Empty Planet, written by a scientist and a journalist, claims that human population will reach a peak in 30 years, followed by an unstoppable decline. Yep, the living end. You may not agree, but stuff like this strikes me as pretty damned funny, particularly if true. So, when there's nobody at the window in the U.S. to order fast food from during a drive-through on one's last ounce of gasoline (or last molecule of hydrogen or final atom of cold fusion, or on the last surviving rail of Ocasio-Cortez's train track or. . .), to whom does one complain in a society sustained by complaints?
Now I get it. After all, was it not Tom Perez, the DNC's big cheese, who declared just after the elections that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the future of the Democrat Party?

How it is that we are here, 2019
BREAKING BROKEN STUPID NEWS: We love how the Democrats tend to roam and attack in packs like a bunch of jackals, and when the "party of diversity" (where only the right white folk need apply) targets one of its own (rarely), watch out.
Plainly, pissed off religious right conservatives blew in the medical school yearbook photo allegedly showing Virginia governor (physician and Army officer) Northam in either black face or as a Ku Klux Klansman because of his apparently extreme stance on abortion.
That said, here we go again! First of all, I don't know why so many Democrats and Democrat Party presidential candidates are hopping mad (or pretending to be so) about the photo -- after all, the Klan WAS the home of and inspiration for the Democrats down South, exemplified by late Senator Robert Byrd, who denounced his membership later in life. We can only assume, therefore, that black Democrats hold some affinity for their own racist party's "roots," since they continue to support party loyalty?
President and Dem hero LBJ, as confirmed by those close to him, commonly used racist language, and his "Great Society," while not spooned out in black face, did more to destroy black families and futures than any "social justice" attempts before or since -- and at a cost of trillions of wasted dollars.
Regarding the black-faced person in the photo -- and the governor denies being either person -- so what? It was the eighties, and both people and times change. Should Democrats organize a police-style lineup of people dressed in black face and KKK members, and having Northam in the lineup so they can pronounce perpetrators to their liking?
Actor Eddie Murphy wore white face in one of his movies and nobody flinched. And, what was the title of another relevant movie? I think it was "Watermelon Man," in which the late black actor Godfrey Cambridge turned into a white man.
This craziness is enough to make me wear black face for a week and pull out my old Al Jolson records so I can play them at full volume. Ooooooh, offensive. . .
At Northam's Saturday press conference, ABC-TV's seemingly and mostly black issue-oriented black reporter, Zachary something or another, asked the governor, regarding another black face incident, if he did not see how hurtful it would be to black people seeing Northam dressed in black face as Michael Jackson at an earlier school party. What???? How about Michael Jackson force-feeding himself into a white skin color? Racist? So, when black people attend parties as Captain Kirk or Mr. Spock or anybody white, that's different? Do African-Americans have some copyright on the colors black and brown? Hey, if I'm going to a costume party as Michael Jackson, who, by the way, remains far more, um, controversial than the governor (see the new movie about Jackson), I'm not apologizing to anybody. Northam should have said as much. Who HASN'T dressed up as Michael Jackson?
The point is, if we can't get over such stupidities as a 35-year-old joke photo, we're all screwed. Unfortunately, worse than an old photo is a segment of society which bathes itself luxuriously in racist issues both large and (usually) small. And of course there's the barking, fire-bombing media, expert at pronouncing both guilty and innocent culpable for everything on their well-worn attack list in perpetuity as it moves on to some other story.
Also obvious here is the Democrats' heated desire to sweep the floor clean before presidential elections, assuring no trace of even intimated racism under the radical marriage bed. These are the phoniest, most self-serving people just short of banana republic dictators in the world.
All of my vital organs are currently twisting, because I never want to wake up feeling a need to defend a Democrat, but Northam -- physician, veteran and reportedly a man who contributed much of value and care -- is being ripped to shreds even before an investigation. Why not? It's the Democrat way, just as Hillary Clinton and Co. are the real Russian collusion gang who diverted all suspicion to Trump after initiating a phony inquiry in the first place, thus gifting us with Mueller and a very expensive and prolonged look-see.
Incidentally, to those presidential contenders and other Democrats currently attacking a tail long of their own making and shouting that there is no place for "this kind of thing," we add that even a photo in black face qualifies as freedom of speech -- protected in full by an Amendment written specifically to protect the unpopular. We always have short memories when certain segments of society turn up the rage quotient. "Social justice," apparently, overrides our guaranteed rights these days. Pure idiocy.
A tiny observation: Take any photograph of a white person and check the negative. It's instant black face! Same with black people turning white on film. Shall we engage in outrage over photographic negatives AND digital processes which allow us to create negative images and ban them outright? Is there a functioning brain left in American society capable of sorting out the idiocy we wallow in every day?
Render your gender: The far left is like saltwater, seeping into every nook and cranny, rusting and corrupting all things wonderful and logical. As of February 1rst, their latest target was the Boy Scouts of America, now to be known as just Scouts BSA, because girls can now join the organization as equals. Yes, this sounds like diversity in the making but, oh, oh, it's so much more. As an insane society delves ever further into emasculating males purely with demands for irrelevancy, a major bastion of strength and confidence for boys simply had to be taken down -- all with cries for fairness and, uh huh, d-i-v-e-r-s-i-t-y. "Boys will be boys" cannot endure as long as the left has its nose in the diversity process.
Separate chapters for boys and girls may be in the cards, but the question still goes begging: Why the change? Was it mostly based upon declining revenues? Nah. The ultimate answer, again, turns left.
The "war on women" theme, another anti-male maneuver despite whatever it started out to accomplish, grows increasingly nebulous in its goals. Who are the majority of medical school graduates now? Women. Who are the majority of law school graduates this year? Women -- and on and on down the line.
Yes, life used to make sense to parents: Boys became boy scouts, girls became girl scouts and youth unsure about their own gender either avoided the whole scene or joined up as the male or female that established science determined they were.
Don't insult or comfort me with words such as "inclusive," because it's a load of crap. Do we really think the left has any intention of allowing a club for boys to go on unencumbered and remain purely all-boy?
Chip, chip, chipping away. . .
Black actor beat-up: Hmm, well, I'm not sure yet about the veracity here. Hate crime? Fake crime? Young black and gay actor Jussie Smollett claims to have been assaulted, drenched with an unknown substance and left with a noose around his neck. Yet, neither he nor his manager will let the police examine their cell phones to establish a mutual conversation claimed during the assault, and cameras in the area found only that two men -- possible suspects -- were walking in the area and that's about it. He claims his two alleged attackers shouted that he was in "MAGA country," too, and we wonder if that was thrown in just for good measure -- because these words weren't reported until the next day. Is there more to this story? Or less? Time for a TV talk show polygraph session per Maury or Dr. Phil? We predict that will never happen.
Radio and Internet talk show host "Joe Pags" took Smollett's story apart Saturday afternoon with various suggested discrepancies, including the tidbit that Smollett is a long-time hater of Trump, having expressed even a violent predisposition toward him (what, no fan of MAGA hats?). Pags also notes that the two unknown figures walking down the other side of the street can be accounted for on camera at all times except for about 60 seconds, and that would not be anywhere near the time needed to perpetrate what Smollett suggests.
That this alleged, alleged, alleged incident occurs just as "Black History Month" befalls us makes us suspicious and, while we hope the police investigation determines that the young man is telling the truth and nothing but, it pains us to remember the Tawana Brawley/Rev. Al Sharpton thing and other wild tales succeeding that event where invisible non-existent dangerous white people are conjured in order to make a totally contrived African-American victim moment.
And as long as I'm visiting this can 'o worms, let's not get lost in diversity to the point where we forget that, historically, white folk were LYNCHED just like black folk, and the equal opportunity noose knew no prejudice when it came down to a hanging.
By the way, when are we going to get rid of Black History Month, the Black Congressional Caucus and the Hispanic Congressional Caucus? Isn't this America, one nation for all? When one searches, we can even find black people who wouldn't mind an end to the now-anemic history celebration holding both February and America hostage.
Corey Booker announces a run for President: Good, one more leftist radical with crazy eyes. The more the merrier. We predict that the former CEO of Starbucks will, should he stay in the game, pour kitty litter all over Democrat hopefuls, will shred the Bernie Sanders bunch, and will consequently help Trump's re-election tremendously by drawing away Dem voters who can't tolerate their party's up-and-coming communists anymore.
Arctic freeze: Bone-chilling cold, wasn't it? Too bad everybody's still nitpicking about global warming and/or climate change while TOTALLY ignoring the sun and its very quiet period currently. Almost non-existent sunspot activity on the sun seems to us like a good explanation for much of Earth's various perturbations, but if one subscribes to the insane United Nations perverse science crowd, you just gotta blame (and tax!) Earth's human entities for all climate deviations.
UFOs and Drones Dept.: Funny yet tragic how airports and government aviation personnel are now in such a panic about the dangers privately flown drones pose to large aircraft, while for decades they ignored or dismissed with a laugh reports of pilots who encountered UFOs during dangerously close situations -- even when commercial airline passengers were tossed from their seats as pilots performed evasive maneuvers. How many mystery airline disasters in the past, which could conceivably have been caused by something as simple as a drone today, may have been related to electromagnetic effects perpetrated by bizarre UFO activity? So NOW we care about things that go bump in the skies?
Deep fake videos: The ability to doctor and produce phony visual recordings is so perfected now that we can no longer believe our eyes -- nor, presumably, the best lab analysis. One can only imagine what this portends for elections and other events where people can be recorded saying things they never said and placed at scenes they never visited. Both foreign and domestic agendas of nefarious intent are sure to take advantage of technology's reality blur.
David Feldman died recently. The playwright and junior college professor from whom I took one English and two journalism courses back in the seventies had moved away a few years ago, and I failed to keep in touch afterwards. Over the years, we would have lunch every few months and as he welcomed new college classes and said goodbye to the old ones, our conversations regarding academia slowly changed. As a member of his seventies classes, I and other students were required to read the New York Times and other publications, and while David was fair with his grades, he was no pushover. Yet, as years passed and new faces dotted his journalism classrooms, he became increasingly bothered because the new, young students tended to get their news from television programs, and instructing them to read newspapers as a reasonable supplement to televised news bites became quite the chore. By the time he retired, David's frustration with young heads full predominantly of TV mush -- the precursor to Internet "news" foibles -- was blatantly obvious to me.
So, as in the title of today's blog entry, this is a reason for how it is that we are "here" today, and it's not a great place to be when one watches mindless Internet-bred youth in voting booths, aware only of what the left feeds their fortified zombie brains.
Build the Wall: Does our potential catastrophe lurk just a little to the South? Radio show host and author Glenn Beck has his supporters and enemies, and his subject matter can range from rock-solid to "out there." However, last week he briefly laid out a possibility beyond frightening, all the more so because it's eminently plausible. Delving into Venezuela's meltdown (one more socialist failure in a long list), thanks to its wealth-stealing dictators and their hand-picked generals, Beck noted that petroleum-rich Venezuela's population is quickly exiting the country, driven into poverty and hunger by the actions of their oppressors.
However, after referencing Venezuela's horrific example, Beck turns to Mexico, recent site of some 80 deaths when thieves tapping into the nation's oil pipeline accidentally sparked an explosion. He emphasizes that Mexico's oil pipeline has been drilled into some 12,000 times by thieves hoping to extract free oil, as if by mechanical straws. As a result, Mexico's new socialist president closed the pipeline and decreed that oil would instead be delivered across country by truck and rail. Unfortunately, this raised the cost of petroleum and the gasoline depended upon by workers with cars 14 times over. Subsequently, over 1,000 gas stations closed, unable to sell expensive gasoline or to acquire enough.
Glenn Beck feels that Mexico could become another Venezuela in two or three years, resulting in hundreds of thousands of Mexicans rushing the border, angrily insistent under socialist leadership that the United States stole Mexican land and they have come to reclaim it. Imagine.
We think a wall or some such barrier in strategic places is a necessity. Electronic monitoring sounds great, but what does one do if power or components fail due to war, calamity or nefarious insider actions? Regrettably, Trump-hating Democrats and Trump-hating Republicans don't care. So, a national emergency declaration by Trump is a real possibility.
Hard lesson learned: Oh, Howard Schultz, Howard Schultz, long-time Democrat, what did you expect when you proclaimed a possible break-away presidential run as an Independent? The Dem party jackals (there's that word again) almost went diagnostically insane, attacking from every leftist flank, outraged that you would dare suggest breaking your chains and escaping from the pod people plantation to attempt rational and logical conversation. Further, to dare even mention that the Democrat agenda for "free" health care for one and all is simply unaffordable -- oh, the heresy!
Now you know -- the pods do not forgive, and the pod people will feast upon your political organs if they can, zombie style.
Chicago's dept. of police tasers: A 16-year-old girl was tased in school after biting and kicking police sent to remove her after being somewhat difficult, and of course the police received the blame for everything. Maybe cops should just crank up the taser and use it on every student in school as an equitable replacement for the horrors of gym class rope-climbing.
